We were quite satisfied with our experience at Heritage RV when we bought a new Roadtrek recently, The dealership personnel we dealt with during the purchase and delivery were friendly, helpful and honest. The facility itself was well kept and made one feel it was a good place to purchase a vehicle and get it serviced.
While Heritage has not yet done much service work on our Roadtrek, a problem did surface shortly after our purchase. Roger and his staff went out of their way to come up with a solution for us so we could leave on our trip on time. Having Heritage being both a Roadtrek and Chevy dealer is a real plus -- especially for some service situations!"
